Enterprising Cherwell!!
Anybody considering starting their own business in Oxfordshire can gain independent advice, free-of-charge through Oxfordshire Business Enterprises (OBE).
OBE's core service of free and confidential one-to-one advice is a bespoke one. The eighteen advisors have considerable business experience and undertake their duties on a voluntary basis, providing free, high quality expert advice on business planning, marketing, accountancy, etc at locations throughout Oxfordshire.
Cherwell District Council is co-ordinating the service and Steven Newman, Economic Development Officer said:
"The help and guidance offered by Oxfordshire Business Enterprises is extremely valuable in nurturing new investment. Whether or not a business is ultimately formed, the mentors are ‘critical friends' of the clients and invariably are highly appreciated."
Appointments are arranged by Lynette Riley, Enterprise Co-ordinator who can be contacted on 01295 227082.
